After our amazing trip to Saint Petersburg, hopefully you loved it, today we are visit g another country and another culture. Our friend Mo, is taking us into Algerian cuisine, where we talk about couscous, lamb meat. If you have never listen to Algerian Raï, Mo gives us some recommendations, Cheb Mami. Rama’s Ight or Algerian Berber is the native language in Algeria even thought they have French as official language. Arabic is another popular language but Algeria Arabic is different as it includes some French word in it.
