Andy’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Originally from New Zealand, he studied Agricultural Science, worked in agri‑consultancy and finance, and served in international community development before feeling the call to shift into ministry. In 2008, he and Janine courageously moved to the U.S. — responding to a clear sense that God was saying, “Leave everything and go to a new country.”

Together, they launched Heaven in Business in 2009 — a movement designed to equip business leaders to partner with God at work, foster city transformation, and champion dream-driven leadership. Through memberships, courses, retreats, and their signature curriculum “Dream Culture,” they’ve helped countless individuals and companies bring God’s vision to life in practical, real-world ways.

Janine’s story underscores her remarkable leadership along the way. With a medical sciences background and experience in project management and adult training, she’s spearheaded ventures like expanding a preschool — navigating regulation, finance, permits, and renovations with surprising ease. At just eight years into marriage, they uprooted their family — four kids and multiple home builds later — to embark on a risky but rewarding journey in a new country.
