Let's Talk: Some retired senior military officers have backed the call by a former Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor (rtd), for the declaration of a state of emergency to effectively address the Boko Haram insurgency.
The insurgency in the country lasted for over a decade now and it has spread across the nation, it would also be recalled that former President Jonathan in 2013 took this same step to tackle insecurity.
