I want this episode to serve as a reminder to the listeners that it is okay to make yourself a priority. So often I feel we get caught up in taking care of others and being there for other people that we forget to give ourselves the same energy. In this episode, I share a few things that I do to make sure I'm monitoring myself and just making sure I'm doing things for myself from time to time. My self-care looks different from what others may do, some of what I do is quirky, some of my methods have come only after doing research and reading and that's okay! Our processes or methods of self-care don't have to be the same, the important part is that we are actively doing things that are positively affecting us.
