The practice of mindfulness and meditation is a beautiful gift rooted in Hindu and Buddhist religion; while practiced by many others with both spiritual and secular world-views. Mindfulness and meditation enables us to cope with change and be present to what's happening internally and externally. Live Your Life Out Loud: (1) Reflect, (2) Process and (3) Choose.


As a general observation of the community, social media, within families and friend groups; I've noticed a big theme of people being scared to share who they are with the world. I have observed too many people trying to uphold an inauthentic version of themselves and it's time to let it go and live your life out loud. In this meditation I discuss these observations further and prompt you to reflect, process your life, and encourage you to choose to live your life out loud.
