
Peter Linneman served as the founding chairman of Wharton's Real Estate Department, and was the Director of Wharton's Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center for 13 years. Dr. Linneman has also been named one of the 100 Most Powerful People in New York real estate according to The New York Observer and one of the 25 most influential people in commercial real estate by Realtor Magazine. Since 2001, Prof. Linneman and his team at @linnemanassociates have been publishing The Linneman Letter, a highly regarded “one-stop-shop” quarterly publication for commercial real estate investors and anyone seeking to understand the current macroeconomic environment. Dr. Linneman recently partnered with @WalkerDunlop where he has been publishing monthly webcasts on the US Macroeconomic picture. But perhaps the most fulfilling part of his life is Save A Mind (SAM) a charitable foundation to support the education of children Kenya.
