Human Resource (HR) Professional with over a decade’s worth of experience. Currently the Country HR & Head of People Services of Unicorn Graphic Design Platform Startup, Canva Philippines.

With a complete oversight of the whole HR department, Alvanson So defines the Job and his journey from his childhood dream of being an architect, realising that his computer science course in college was not what he wanted to pursue, taking another course in Human Resource, moving into management, letting people go, to letting people grow.
