In 1980 Director John Carpenter released one of the finest ghost stories in cinema. 25 years later the film was remade, following the same blueprint for the most part while introducing new elements. Ben Lewandowski and I attempt to examine both films and offer our insights. Was the newer version up to snuff? Is the original a true classic? A must listen for Carpenter fans. Lots of discussion.
