Journey To June

On this week’s episode of Journey to June, I’m joined by my favorite co-host—my daughter, Josi June—for our third annual year-end reflection. This has become one of our favorite traditions. A pause. A breath. A moment to look back before moving forward. In this conversation, Josi reflects on her year—especially stepping into volleyball when she wasn’t confident, wasn’t experienced, and didn’t know how far it could go. We talk about what it feels like to be bad at something publicly… and what happens when effort, belief, and consistency begin to shift that story. We also dive into choosing courage over comfort—whether that’s homeschooling, changing environments, starting something new, or walking away from what feels safe to listen to what’s calling you.I share my own reflections on returning to Tahoe, building Live Your June in a deeper way, working with coaches who challenged me internally and externally, and hosting our first Mother–Daughter retreat—a moment that reminded me why this work matters and why it’s my responsibility to keep sharing it.We close with intention:What ceiling are you ready to break?Who are you becoming in 2026?And what might be possible if you stopped worrying about what others think?Take a listen. Reflect alongside us. And ask yourself what your next version is asking for.———💫 Join the Soulstigator Movement!➡️ Free Clarity Call: DM Me “CLARITY” on IG @wendyposillico➡️ Visit our website: liveyourjune.com

What Makes a World-Class Leader | with Jamey Cummings | Ep. 129
This week on Journey to June, I sat down with Jamey Cummings— Senior Partner at JM Search, former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer, and someone I instantly connected with the first night we met through The Post community.Jamey has spent nearly 20 years helping companies build world-class leadership teams… but the roots of his leadership style started long before the boardroom. From growing up in small-town Iowa with high standards and a coach-dad, to wrestling at the Naval Academy, to surviving BUD/S and serving nine years as a SEAL, Jamey’s story is a masterclass in discipline, humility, and servant leadership. What struck me most about this conversation is the balance Jamey holds: disciplined and driven… yet deeply thoughtful, humble, and committed to growing. His story is such a powerful reminder that leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about clarity, service, and the courage to keep evolving. If you are a parent, a founder, a coach, or someone trying to raise the bar for yourself and others, this episode will hit home.———💫 Connect with Jamey:LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/jameycummingsJM Search: https://search.com/———💫 Join the Soulstigator Movement!➡️ Free Clarity Call: DM Me “CLARITY” on IG @wendyposillico➡️ Visit our website: liveyourjune.com
