Grounded in the understanding of the body, mind and energy, Christi Dysart shares a Warrior’s Wisdom. Christi offers a personal story of overcoming cancer and how it informed her yoga practice. She shares vital breathing techniques and explores energy flow through an inspiring account of chakras. Having earned a BFA in dance before she embarked upon her adventures in motherhood, Christi was searching for something that moved her body, mind and spirit. After pursuing her 200 RYT Certification, she began teaching private and public yoga classes. In 2014, Christi was diagnosed with breast cancer. During her treatment, surgery and recovery, she utilized her yoga practices in a way she never had before. As a result, Christi is particularly interested in helping people who face health issues recover a sense of peace and joy and power within their bodies. You can find Christi Dysart at lulu-yoga.com.
