
Hannah Levy, a graduate from Stanford University and Ph.D. graduate student in Clinical Psychology shares insights about the connection between fitness and mental health. Levy discusses the power of fitness training to create a pause in life, build energy, let go of thinking, and enjoy the present moment. She offers a unique perspective on understanding how to optimize her body through nourishment, exercise, and experimentation hitting her upper and lower limits. Using her understanding of psychology, Levy shares tips on effectively creating a routine that sustains habits to meet your goals. Lastly, she shares mindfulness tools to connect with creativity, focus, and concentration. She explores how leisure activities, responsibilities, and fitness are all possible with routine, intention, and balance.
Hannah Levy Bio
A graduate from Standford University, Hannah majored in psychology and is currently working on her Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program at Washington State University. As a Stanford athlete, Hannah earned four back to back national championships in Lightweight Rowing. She participates in CrossFit and triathlon training while planning to complete a full Ironman event next year. Hannah continues to dance and perform in documentary dance projects, and local art and talent shows.
