Never Train to Failure - S02E04
When lifting weights training to failure involves doing an exercise or movement until you can’t do any more. For example, performing a bench press with a partner and doing reps until you can’t press the bar up from the chest and you require your partner to help you lift the bar into the rack. Discover WHY you shouldn’t train to failure. I also provide suggestions for what to do instead. Check out this episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/yqvyvmcK19w
