This is Part 2 - Business Musings, a continuation of last week’s episode (2.09 Fitness Musings).
I had a goal in August: Gain 3 kg of muscle, skip leg day & do it while eating ice cream daily. Outside of this I set some business goals around communication and social media.
I learned some good stuff.
