We all have times where we get sick or sometimes frustrated that our bodies cannot do the things we want them to do. In this episode we help Kevin work through feeling unwell and explore a strategy of showing our body gratitude to help with our mental health, and help us feel calm when we are sacred or bring down big feelings of frustration when our bodies can’t do what we want.
