Has your personality changed?
The idea of who we are is meant to grow with us. Who you were at 15 is different than who are at 20, or 25. Because your sense of self can get shaken up we have to know how to find it again. This is something everyone goes through. The early life crisis, the quarter life crisis, etc. It feels like a crisis when you can't escape the changes to come.
But that's a good thing. When you can embrace change you can embrace the new you. The new self-confidence. The improved value compass. The deeper relationships. Change is inevitable. However, that doesn't mean you need to lose yourself to it. How do you think you'll change in your next season of life?
