Is waking up at 5AM worth it? It might not be for you, honestly.
Throughout different jobs and seasons of life, I've spent all of my 20's so far waking up at 5AM. This started out as a necessity but became a choice when working through self-improvement.

This week, we'll explore the four lessons that I've come to understand after pushing myself for these past few years in hopes of building a life I truly enjoy.
Let's keep everything simple, and make progress one step at a time.
