No one really talks about what it's like, to experience massive change in your work and life. Not change that comes from something outside yourself, but change that comes from a deep inner knowing that something needs to end.
I wanted to sit with Olivia Lara Owen to have a real conversation about endings and transitions.
Last year, she suddenly left her life in Paris, closed down her 8-year coaching business and came back Home to her homeland as an answer to a real call from her soul... and went through a difficult, raw and transformative moment of pause where she navigated grief, identity shedding, deep healing around her leadership and a coming back home to self.
