As leaders, we need to make big and important decisions throughout our careers. And this question has guided me to choose the right ones.
We all know that I've said this line quite a lot, and that is "What does right look like?".
A co-worker of mine even bought me a shirt that has that phrase printed! You can say that it is one of my favorite mottos not just as a leader but also as an individual person.
