**Claudia S. Friedrich** studierte Industriedesign an der Muthesius Hochschule in Kiel, absolvierte eine Designmanagement Ausbildung in London und hat in verschiedenen Designagenturen gearbeitet.
Mit mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung entwickelt sie UX-Strategien und orchestriert
Designsprachen in Form von Designsystemen für ganzheitliche Produkt-Ökosysteme in Unternehmen. Als Geschäftsführerin der Business Unit Interface Design und Partnerin bei zweigrad Industrial Design gilt ihre Leidenschaft der Veränderung durch Design. Sie versteht Design als strategischen Mehrwert und steuert nutzerzentrierte, kollaborative Prozesse mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern.
Als DDC Director Hamburg des Deutschen Design Club e.V., Beirat im Designzentrum Hamburg, Mitglied im German Usability Association Professionals e.V. und im Technologie Cluster Hamburg Aviation und Life Science Nord forciert sie die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Design- und Innovationsprozess.
