The "I Have A Dream" speech has been recited and quoted for many decades. It is a speech that set a standard for social justice and was watched by many globally. Imagine the impact it made the day it was given by the transformational leader of that time, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Although, he didn't live to see the dream come alive he left a leadership legacy to prepare the next set of leaders with tools to build upon.
