In this Aalto University’s Leading for Interdisciplinary Creativity podcast series, we discuss about leading for creativity, interdisciplinary teamwork, future of design intensive business and much more. The master programme International Design Business Management, IDBM in short, started in 1995 as the first joint study option among three Finnish universities that later became the founding institutions of Aalto University. It's more than fair to say that IDBM played a pivotal role in the creation of Aalto.
