
Your energetic body is all around you and every time you interact with someone you exchange energy. In your self love and healing journey you need to take time for yourself to rebalance your energy because especially when you are vibrating high and have a broader energetic body, people is feeding on you.
When you’re undertaking your self love journey you will spend a lot of time by yourself to rebuild your own energetic body and shine out your best version. Clearly if you are vibrating low as you are not able to fulfil your own energetic needs, you will want and need to spend lot of time with people as you are constantly feeding your energy from external sources. When you decide to rebalance your energy and want to vibrate high there are things you should do: first is spending time with yourself to understand your own needs, values and where you want to be with your life. Meditation helps with this. Second you will need to work on your traumas and on your subconscious mind to reprogram it. Having understood your issues and recognised them you can work on them and resolve them. This will allow your mind to see things from a different perspective.
