From Rock Bottom to Redemption: Brittany’s Raw Testimony (Part 1)

In this powerful and deeply personal episode, Learning to Love Well host Brittany Dudley steps out from behind the mic to share her own story. Brittany opens up about growing up in a home marked by dysfunction, emotional suppression, and hidden trauma. She vulnerably walks listeners through her early years of pain, the ways she coped in silence, and how brokenness became her normal.

But everything began to shift when Brittany encountered the supernatural love of God through not just one, but two miraculous healings during prayer, moments that marked the beginning of a transformational journey. Though still entangled in hurt and unhealthy coping, Brittany chose to pursue Jesus. Her journey wasn’t instant or easy, but it was real. She speaks candidly about being filled with the Holy Spirit, beginning to see the fruit of walking with God, and how therapy helped her process and heal on a deeper level.

Eventually, after hitting rock bottom, Brittany followed God’s leading and moved to Humboldt County, California, to attend BSSD (Bethel School of Supernatural Discipleship).

This episode is a raw, hope-filled testimony of redemption, resilience, and learning to love well, even when it hurts. Whether you’re in the middle of your own healing process or need a reminder that God still works miracles, Brittany’s story will encourage your heart and stir your faith.
