The Enneagram Series: Type Four - "The Individualist"
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE AN INDIVIDUALIST?
"They're a type that really appreciate honesty and integrity, that is what you will always get from them; they will always be honest. They're sometimes called the tortured artist because they feel their emotions very acutely and they're more comfortable with negative emotions than any other type; So emotions like anger or sadness or grief, they can sit with those with far more comfort than anybody else.."
At Leeds Sanctuary, we run popular Retreat Days and a Book Club all about The Enneagram - an ancient personality typing tool which many people still find helpful and relevant today! In this podcast series, join Emily and Anna as they discuss the strengths and challenges of each Enneagram type, their core motivations and fears, defence mechanisms, and tips for being emotionally healthy over stressed and burnt out. This episode focuses on Enneagram Type Four, "The Individualist". Let us know if anything you hear resonates with you!
