In Haggai 2:1–9, God speaks to a discouraged people who see their work on the Temple as woefully inadequate. Through the prophet, He gives four powerful promises: His abiding presence, future blessing, a greater glory than the former Temple, and the gift of lasting peace. This message reminds us that God’s purposes are never limited by what we see—and that He brings hope into seasons of discouragement.
