Jordanna Levin is one guest I’ve wanted to feature on Lemonade for some time now – a few minutes into this chat I think you’ll understand why.

She's a writer, podcast host, former food journalist, yoga teacher and published author of Make it Happen and Higher Love – the go-to-guide when it comes to love and relationships.

So much of what Jordanna said during our chat landed for me, literally forcing me to stop and process the truth bomb she’d just dropped.

We discuss why limiting beliefs are holding us back, how it can be really hard to understand the lessons when you are in the midst of emotional turmoil, how earlier in the year she lost faith in the universe and everything she believed in and the many practical things we can all do to raise our personal vibration to manifest the life of your dreams.
