This is the podcast formerly known as "Mental Health is Metaphysical." Have you ever wondered why 3D society is such a gongshow? Why everyone in the West is burned out, and stressed, and yearning for "purpose"? Sam has, too. She built a "burnout life", then ran screaming. Eventually, she stopped to ask questions, and found out the "truth" is much stranger (and better) than she expected: we're souls in human bodies. The Universe has our back, and we can learn to work with our own magic. The physical reality we see is *not* all there is. Let's go beyond -- let's get METAphysical.

This week, my ego had a fun little freakout (/sarcasm), which ended up being worth it, because it lead to the birth of myfavourite analogy for the sometimes-struggle between theEgo vs. the Higher Self!

The thing is, they exist in different places: the Ego lives a stressful life in the 3D, while your Higher Self is chilling in the 5D. Youknow which one to listen to, but it's not always easy.
