Born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, Rosalie discovered her passion for music in thechurch choir, where her powerful voice first began to shine.•Music runs deep in her blood. Encouraged by her late mother, Virginia Cloud—a Justice of the Peace and the City Treasurer of New Haven—Rosalie was surrounded by love, leadership, and a legacy of music from an early age. Shespent years performing with her siblings in a family band, cultivating her talent as both a singer and songwriter.•Before devoting herself to gospel, Rosalie began her musical journey in R&B, where her emotionally rich and soulful sound began to flourish.
