They discuss how virtual reality technology can be used as a scalable simulation learning tool to develop clinical decision-making and judgement skills like never before. Computer-based and headset-based virtual reality systems give students the unique opportunity to take a lead role on treating virtual patients in healthcare teaching simulations.
