It’s crazy the power given to hair in our cultures and society.

In this episode, We talk about hair and the connection between hair and identity.

We share about our curly hair journey, how we finally me embraced it and the level of patience it takes. Fun fact: only 11% of people have curly hair

How we as women, hide who we truly are because we want to fit in #corporateamerica. Can you believe, we never would go on job Interviews with our natural curly hair!

We also talk about the Dominican culture and how straight hair has been a symbol of beauty in Dominican culture. But thankfully that's beginning to change!
