The first World Book is here, and it's an incredible piece of Tabletop RPG history. This review covers vampires in Rifts, as well as the vampire kingdoms of Mexico, cities like Ciudad Juarez and El Paso, the vampire hunters known as Reid's Rangers, and strange monsters of the Yucatan. It's a bloody good time.
