Life can be challenging, confusing, frustrating as well as enjoyable, satisfying, and worthwhile. The most annoying thing is that it doesn't come with a user's manual and you usually have to make all the mistakes to learn the lessons. Lucky for you, I made the mistakes and decided to put them into a podcast and more so you can avoid some of the more painful stuff. Whether it's parenting, relationships, dating, conflict resolution, mindset, or something else, we'll be doing a podcast on it. Feel free to send any questions you may want answered on the podcast and we'll do our best to answer it.

Why do our kids seem to WANT to push our buttons?

Why do our kids seem to WANT to push our buttons?

We have all been there as a parent in those situations

Our children have made a huge mess, won't clean it up, and expect us to do it.

Or, we have a curfew for them and they want to argue it with the most petty of reasons.

Or, we have had a bad day at work and when we get home the house looks like a bomb has hit.

We can feel like they do all of this on purpose and they want us to lose our cool.

In this episode, we explore the reasoning behind it.

If you have any questions or feedback, you can send an email to admin@life-on- track.com

In previous episodes, you may have heard me mention our Family subscription group. We have changed access so we can give people a better onboarding experience and now open it up three times per year for new members. Keep an eye out for when we do that and check it out.

There was also mention of a link to leave an audio message. This link is now found on the website that you can find in the show notes.

You can listen to our podcast on your favourite platform by visiting our podcast website. Click HERE to check it out.

You can also click on the microphone icon to leave us an audio message. We'd love to hear your voice.

Thanks for listening.
