Coach D'Alessio has over 35 years of coaching experience and like all of our previous guests, he takes us back to where his coaching journey began.

Like many coaches, coaching was not his main source of income, and we find out, it took Coach D'Alessio over 15 years for coaching to finally become a paid full-time coach.
