004 Should You Play Video Games in College?

TL;DW: Try spending the first 3-6 months without video games first of all. Make some friends, force yourself to get uncomfortable, pick up some hobbies, and gain a better sense of independence.

College and university are a huge step up from school, and a lot of people can't cope with the stress and the pressure.

The only way for you to get over that is to face it head on and tough it out. Which isn't something you're going to be able to do if you fall back to video games every time something gets difficult.

In 004 of Life Unlocked, listen to James talk about his experience with gaming in university, and how much different his life became when he decided to take a break from them.

This episode is part of our special back to college series during September, and we're also giving away a DISCOUNT on our Respawn guide for gamers.

Go read our ultimate guide on  How to Quit Gaming in College here for more info!

As always, thanks for listening, and don't forget to rate and review us on whatever platform you listen on!

Peace.
