How do you talk to yourself each day?

Self-talk is your internal dialogue. It’s influenced by your subconscious mind and it reveals your underlying thoughts, beliefs and assumptions.

Self-talk can be both negative and positive. Positive self-talk involves consciously adopting optimistic, supportive and compassionate language when addressing ourselves and working through any challenges that we are facing.

It can help increase your self-confidence as well as help curb the negative thought patterns that can put you in a low mood and generate feelings of helplessness.

On this episode I look at how daily positive self-talk is a powerful habit that can help you improve your outlook on life and which offers many lasting positive mental health benefits.
