Setting goals and working hard to accomplish them produces a lot of satisfaction and increases feelings of self-worth. Productivity of this kind is good and healthy and can really enhance both your personal and professional life.
But toxic productivity is the complete opposite of this. Toxic productivity is the drive to be productive at all times in all areas of your life. It often happens when you push yourself to unhealthy extremes in order to accomplish more, usually at the expense of your physical and mental health.
On this episode I look at how you can develop a healthier relationship with productivity so that you are able to hit your goals and make progress in your life, without this being at the expense of your health and happiness.
