
As wonderful as it is to always be on the go, it contributed to chronic stress, anxiety, that lead to me going through a lot of medical things.
The lesson that I take along with me is that there is a season of slowing down to speed up. Slowing down means that you really become intentional on what you really want to focus on in your life
