
Narrative therapy is a great counselling modality to change our story❤️ We are the co creators and protagonist of our lives and when we remember this and take this power back, we can literally change everything! We give meaning to our lives based on our acquired experiences thus far, but those experiences do not have to be the narrators anymore if they are not the preferred ones. We can change them at any time after we become aware of what they are, and let go of anything that is not serving us.
