Our mission is to cultivate a vulnerable conversation surrounding mental health for people of color. We vow to you and ourselves to be present and authentic. Together we will create a space of hope.

In this week's episode, we introduce season four and explore our first vows to ourselves and you all - authenticity - We share what authenticity means to us and a few ways that we have gone about creating our most authentic selves.
