In this episode, I’m answering a question that made me pause and really reflect: what actually made me ready now?

It’s not more discipline, more information, or more motivation. It’s that I’m finally in relationship with my body from a more regulated nervous system.

I share my long history with dieting, food rules, binge eating, and healing my relationship with my body — including why I needed seasons of complete freedom, why the holidays gave me important contrast, and how regulation has changed the way I make decisions now.

I talk about why balance isn’t having everything all the time, why structure no longer feels threatening, and how listening to my body now comes from care instead of pressure or fear.
