Each episode features an interview with a Long Hauler guest, who has either fully recovered from Long Covid or is still on the recovery journey with an optimistic story to tell. Season 1 tells the stories of the First Wavers, the unfortunate pioneers and now the veterans.

In this episode, Sarah speaks with Julia Claire Taylor, a professional opera singer living in New York City. Julia caught Covid and developed Long Covid in 2022, and we talk through her personal experience with Long Covid and how, fortunately for her, Julia has had access to a wealth of healthcare resources in New York, including the leading Mount Sinai Long Covid Clinic. Julia shares that while she is still on the recovery journey from Long Covid, there is plenty for her to be hopeful about!

This episode is also infused with Reiki from Sarah. If you are interested and would like to accept the healing, simply state out loud that you welcome the healing energy. If not, never mind!
