On today's episode I catch up with Emma Hunter who was one of my closest friends during my adventures in Burkina Faso for the Peace Corps. We spent a lot of time together dancing in mirrors in Ouagadougou, living just a few floors apart in the Dorchester, and chasing highs at secret bars under donut shops. We discuss finding "love" at 5 am in Meridian Hill / Malcom X Park, dingy basement tattoo journeys, and the risks of drinking dolo for hours at those rowdy dolo bars in sunny village settings.
