Losing Weight Weekly - Episode 2 - Weighing in Daily

Thank you for tuning in to episode 2 of Losing Weight Weekly. I know there are a lot of people like me, many just starting their own personal journey, whether it’s a long, long journey like mine, or a quick trip to health, getting there, and appreciating the journey it takes is what’s important. For some, there are a lot of questions. Questions I’ve had found the answers to, or learned the answers the hard way. I’m looking forward to sharing those answers, and some of the fun, and not so fun moments in the months to come, and for, what I hope is a healthier lifetime.

As I said in the podcast, I’ll post a link to tools of interest throughout the podcast weeks, this week’s tool that I use daily is a free tool that can be found in the apple store or in Google Play, I only have androids, so the link is to Google Play, but you can find it on the Apple platform as well. It’s the “Monitor Your Weight” app here:
