Hi my sweet friend,

This episode is the gentle beginning of a new three-part guided meditation series on Love Letters from Lys: To the Anxious Heart, Mind, and Body.

If you’ve ever felt your thoughts racing, your chest tightening, or your body unable to rest, you’re not alone. In those moments, we need a simple way to pause and return to God’s presence. That’s what these meditations are for—anchored in scripture, prayer, and breath work to help you step back into peace.

Here’s what’s ahead:

  • To: The Anxious Heart — for mornings, to root yourself before the day begins.

  • To: The Anxious Mind — for the middle of the day, when stress hits and thoughts spiral.

  • To: The Anxious Body — for evenings, when you’re ready to release the day and rest in God’s presence.

Each meditation is about 10 minutes, and my prayer is that they become something you return to again and again—whenever your heart, mind, or body needs peace.
