When we're unsure of ourselves and lack self trust, we look to others for validation. The problem with this is they may not be able to relate to us, therefore, they're not able to acknowledge what we feel. When we don't acknowledge our feelings and deal with them, it literally causes health problems. In this episode, I talk about the importance of validating ourselves, as well what happens when we don't.
