There is SO much information on fitness and nutrition out there - and I get it - did we really need ANOTHER guy making a podcast? I hear ya. But here's the thing - most of the fitness/nutrition information out there is just noise. The average person who wants to get in shape doesn't need more noise - they need clarity. They need it to be easier. They need a lower barrier to entry. And that's what this podcast is - an attempt to lower the barrier to fitness.

43: Body Composition Tests Explained: Which Ones Are Accurate (and Which Are a Scam?)

Ever wondered how accurate body fat tests actually are?
DEXA, smart scales, calipers - do they really tell you anything useful?

What we’ll talk about:

  • Which body composition tests are worth your money (and which aren’t)

  • Why the number matters less than people think

  • Better ways to track real progress over time
