I discuss my feelings on judgement, what it is and how, through religion and culture, we have been subconsciously programmed to judge ourselves, judge others, and subscribe to the fear that God and the Universe judges us constantly. Judgement is a damning principle, in that it blocks us (literally blocks our flow of energy) from the higher vibrations that life has to offer. It gets us stuck into horrible loops and cycles. When we release judgement, we actually unblock our ability to live at higher planes of consciousness. The patient and fulfilling practice of forgiveness unlocks the capability of self-healing within the mind/body/spirit complex and opens our heart to see the world with new eyes.
