This week (Thanksgiving in the US), I’m sharing something simple and soothing . . . a Gratitude Ritual you can do anywhere. It’s a short practice that invites a bit of reflection, a few slow breaths, and calls you deeper with about five minutes of raven drone flute to help your whole system settle.
Inside, we’ll name a past gift, a present support, and a future blessing. If you have the Stones Speak Oracle, you can weave it in; if not, a few small objects work just as well.
What you’ll experience:
- a short, guided gratitude ceremony
- an invitation to work with 3 self-selected Crystal/Stone allies.
- optional oracle integration for those with the Stones Speak Oracle
- 5 minutes of live raven drone flute to soothe your nervous system
