Chris Isbell is from Orange Beach, Alabama. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family primarily his Dad, he was always either coming up with a business or getting into a new business. 

He started working in a restaurant pizza delivery with his partner and they were able to save up some money to then be able to invest.

He then came across Carlton Sheets, a Real Estate Investor and he joined his "no money down" real estate program. Chris worked his way up the real estate ladder and also started a construction company and a property management company.

In this episode Chris explains his buying strategies and also how he was able to take advantage of some fantastic real estate deals through buying businesses.
