She holds an MS in General Surgery, a DNB in Plastic Surgery, and international fellowships in cosmetic surgery from Buffalo, New York and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.As a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Seven Hills Hospital, Visakhapatnam, since 2001, she not only established the department of plastic and cosmetic surgery but also became the first lady plastic surgeon in the city. Her work spans across Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha, where she introduced microsurgery and set up a dedicated ICU for burns.Dr. Saple also serves as the Project Director for Smile Train, offering life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries to children in need. A passionate learner and teacher, she is also a certified yoga instructor, a Bharatanatyam student, and a published medical professional.
